MAIN CONTENTS
Good personal interaction skills are essential in today's networked professional communities. A successful organization manages its networks and partnerships systematically. This requires good communication, interaction and social skills from all employees.
The study unit will focus on deepening the following areas:
- Personal interaction skills
- Importance of organizational communication in networking with right partners
- Technical and intercultural opportunities and challenges in interaction
- Communication & Networking plan / project.
LANGUAGE POLICY
This is a bilingual implementation and suitable also for our degree or exchange students. All central content will be in English. Some sessions or material may be only in either language depending on the interaction context. Therefore, at least basic knowledge of English and Finnish and willingness to utilize these skills is required. All assigments can be returned either in English or Finnish.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
This implementation is combining online learning, student's independent team work and classroom sessions.

Student workload
5 cr equals a workload of 135 hours and will spread out evenly during the semester.
Please schedule enough time for online work and study (independently and in teams) during the study weeks (36 - 50)
Content scheduling
Contact sessions about every second week. Assignments inbetween the sessions. A worklife related project as the last assignment.
