Organising Events in Student Activities (5 cr)

Learning outcomes

The goal is to develop competence in three areas:

1. Event organisation

Student is able to
- prepare an event and safety plan and follow it
- plan an event budget and the use of personnel resources
- act in and react to quickly changing situations
- coordinate and carry out event communications and marketing

2. Event development

Student is able to
- identify the different target groups of events and describe the target groups’ expectations of the event
- develop future events based on previous results and feedback

3. Work with stakeholders

Student is able to
- identify the stakeholders of events and describe their interest in cooperation regarding the events
- conclude a cooperation agreement

Opiskelija-aktiivitoiminta tapahtuu aina oikeassa vapaaehtoistyön kontekstissa ja näin ollen tämän opintojakson opinnot ovat työelämäyhteistyötä kokonaisuudessaan.

Exam schedules

Opintopistehakemuksen voi tehdä milloin vain lukuvuoden aikana. Arviointiryhmä arvioi portfolioita niiden työaikoina poislukien vuodenvaihteen ja kesä-heinäkuun.

Completion alternatives

Tämä opintojakso suoritetaan osaamisen näytöllä portfoliossa.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Hyväksytyn arvion portfoliosta saa, kun näyttää toteen portfoliossa osaamistavoitteiden täyttymisen omin sanoin kehittymistään kuvaillen sekä toiminnastaan opiskelijajärjestössä kertoen.
