Osaamistavoitteet
Student is able to
- regard the specific characteristics of leadership in a intercultural environment
- manage the dynamics of an intercultural team working and communication in given organizational setup
Toteutustapa
The course will take place in the web. There will not be any common sessions but students work independently on the following contents: cultural dimensions, culturally diverse teams, intercultural competences and intercultural leadership.
