The student
- is familiar with the norms regulating the basic safety-related duties in the correctional services sector and how to act according to the norms
- is able to assess the formation of safety risks and measures to prevent them
- is able to analyse risks related to the safety of an organisation and its staff
- is capable of applying legislation concerning cooperation and exchange of information between authorities in the field of safety and security
