Learning outcomes
After finishing the course, the student has conceptual and informative skills to work in banking and insurance customer service. The student is familiar with the digital activities and legislation of the industry, AI, robotics and including the problematic phenomena of money laundering issues. Student also know the success factors of banking and insurance sectors including positive attitude and empathy.
