Teaching methods
During the course, you focus on the content of your studies, the degree structure and plan the progress of your studies. In addition to this, you will identify your own strengths, areas for development and your own way of studying. During the course, you will also go through the factors that affect your well-being.
The course consists of two parts:
Completion of the first part of the course (1 cr) begins with a preliminary assignment, which you do at the beginning of the studies. In addition, the section includes three group meetings and at least two PSP discussions, which you will prepare for using the instructions provided.
During the first section, you will make your study plan, which you will update as your studies progress.
The second part of the course (1 cr) consists of optional units that are most useful for you in the progress of your studies. Together with your teacher tutor, you plan what kind of content and entities you should choose. These themes include study skills and methods, internationalization, well-being and resilience, mapping employment opportunities in your field and entrepreneurship.
