The student is able to
- recognize the consumer behavior offline and online (per main demographics)
- plan data collection pointsand methods online
- analyze data (e.g. aggregation, trends, comparison)
- visualize results (e.g. dashboards)
- plan consumer activation methods based on data

Teaching methods

This course will be organized at Tikkurila campus. All needed material is in Canvas- platform.

After taking the course you are able to:
-recognize the consumer behavior offline and online (per main demographics)
-plan data collection points and methods online
-analyze data (e.g. aggregation, trends, comparison)
-visualize results (e.g. dashboards)
-plan consumer activation methods based on data

Learning materials and recommended literature

All material needed will be found in Canvas platform for enrolled and accepted students. The course assignments include Google Analytics Academy -exams and certifications.
