- apply the concept of value chain and customer driven value creation in process development
- assess the financial and operational performance of logistics as part of the supply chain management

The second part of the study unit begins on week 3, 2023. The time schedule will be published later - classes weeks 3-13. Please note that the study unit is once in a week but may be another day than in autumn.

- apply the concepts of value chain and customer driven value creation in process development - focus in supply chain management: sales and sourcing processes.
- assess the financial and operational performance of logistics as part of the supply chain management
