Learning outcomes
The student is able to
- evaluate prerequisites for customer-oriented operation, and different customer needs and solutions
- act in a customer-oriented manner in sales situations
- show initiative in projects and as a member of a project group in a responsible and goal-oriented way complying with information security regulations and taking advantage of the tools available
- communicate orally and in writing using field-specific concepts
Teaching methods
Opintojakso toteutetaan lähitapaamisilla, työpajoilla, tentillä sekä yksilö- ja ryhmätehtävillä.
Jaksolla toteutetaan tiimityönä yritykselle markkinointiin ja asiakkuuksiin liittyvä projekti, jossa analysoidaan yrityksen nykyistä markkinointia ja kehitetään jotakin sen osa-aluetta käyttäen kehitystyön menetelmiä.
Tiimityöllä ja projektin toteutuksella on opintojakson arvioinnissa suuri painoarvo.

Opiskelijatiimi hankkii opintojakson alussa itselleen yrityskumppanin, jolle markkinoinnin kilpailukeinoanalyysi ja kehitystyö tehdään.
Important dates
Tiimit muodostetaan ensimmäisellä kerralla, joten kaikkien läsnäolo silloin on välttämätöntä.
Further information for students
Tavoitteena on, että opintojakson suoritettuaan opiskelija osaa
- suunnitella tuote/palvelukonsepteja asiakaslähtöisesti
- kartoittaa asiakastarpeita ja kehittää liiketoimintaa asiakaslähtöisesti
- laatia projektisuunnitelman ja toteuttaa projektin sen perusteella. Opiskelija osaa raportoida projektin tuloksista asiakkaalle sekä kirjallisesti että suullisesti.
- käyttää erilaisia projektityöskentelyä edistäviä työkaluja
Sisältönä mm.
- asiakasymmärryksen luominen ja sen hyödyntäminen liiketoiminnassa
- monikanavainen asiakasviestintä
- erilaisten projektityöskentelyssä hyödyllisten työvälineinen tehokas käyttö

Study unit will be graded as failed if not all of the tasks are done, any of them is failed and if the criteria for grade 1 is not reached.
