Learning outcomes

The student is able to:
- act professionally and independently as a public health nurse or registered nurse
- lead their own activities and make proposals for developing evidence-based activities of the team
- act as a health promotion expert in a multiprofessional team and network, drawing on shared expertise
- use health and well-being technology ethically and in a client-oriented manner in promoting and treating health and well-being
- assess the functioning of the service system from the perspective of reducing health disparities in society
- promote the realisation of human rights, inclusion and equality in different communities and societies
- monitor the costs and effectiveness of health care
- communicate effectively through different means with clients and partners and in the work community

Teema: Terveydenhoitajatyön johtaminen ja kehittäminen.

Harjoittelun LbD-tehtäväaiheita: Tiimin johtamiseen tai työn kehittämiseen liittyvä tehtävä esim. hakee hoitotyön kehittämisen näkökulmasta jonkin tieteellisen artikkelin ja referoi sitä sekä pohtii miten sitä voisi käytännön terveydenhoitotyössä soveltaa.

Accomplishment methods

Harjoitteluympäristöt: Opiskelijan vapaasti valittava, edellisissä harjoitteluissa kehittynyttä osaamista syventävä tai omaa terveydenhoitajan urakehitystä edistävä harjoittelu ympäristö.
