Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- install the Linux operating system and use Linux machines operating in the cloud service
- use the most common command line programs and desktop applications to perform basic operating system functions
- create command line scripts to automate repetitive tasks
- schedule operations with Linux scheduling tools
- maintain the system by installing programs and updates using package management tools
- monitor system performance and resource usage
- design system information security solutions

Qualifications

To participate in the study unit, you must have completed the study unit Basics of ICT Infrastructure and Cloud Services or have equivalent knowledge.
