Tavoitteet

Student is able to
- understand the theoretical framework and key concepts related to service design
- understand the service design process according to the Double Diamond model
- use service design methods and tools and actively participate in a design project in practice for a real-life company
- reflect and critically evaluate development work and design projects from the perspective of the key stakeholder
