Osaamistavoitteet

The student is able to
- describe how value is created for the customers through service
- recognize the essence of Service Design thinking and methods
- plan, implement and evaluate a Service Design project using service design methods
- apply creative problem-solving and develop working methods individually and in teams
- foster entrepreneurship through service design

Toteutustapa

Service Design Sprint
Service Design study unit is in English. This execution is in a format of Design Sprint at Leppävaara. Design Sprint execution is an intensive which requires participation through the whole 2 weeks (weekdays). Absences are not allowed as they affect the team work and cannot be covered with extra assignments. We will take maximum 40 students in this execution which includes the payable participants from international exchange schools. Do not miss this unique opportunity. The structure of Desing Sprint follows Google Venture's famous Design Sprint.
