In this course student will learn the basics of neurophysiology and physiotherapy of the most common neurological conditions. Study includes contact meetings, independent studying and working with own client under teachers supervision. The course includes workshops, where is 100% attendance.
Study includes:
1. Exam (1-5)
2. Physiotherapy report of an own client (1-5)
3. Student attendance in the workshops is also evaluated (passed/failed)

Laurean tutkintosäännön mukaisesti kaikilla opiskelijalla on oikeus osaamisensa näyttämiseen. Aloitteen hankitun osaamisen tunnistamisesta ja tunnustamisesta tekee opiskelija. Osaamisen tunnistaa ja tunnustaa moduulista tai opintojaksosta vastaava opettaja tai muu korkeakouluyksikön johtajan nimeämä henkilö. Arvioinnissa noudatetaan samaa arviointikriteeristöä ja arviointiasteikkoa kuin opintojaksolla. Katso lisätietoa opiskelijaintrasta.
There are co-operation with the Health services in Espoo when students have their own patients in a course.

Own clients on Wednesdays from the 2nd of February to the 16th of March 2022.
Study is suitable for exchange students.
Studies includes attendance in lecturers and workshops in Otaniemi Campus as well as independent studying.
Own clients are seen on Wednesdays between 10:30-12:30 am from the 2nd of February to the 16th of March 2022
5 credit units means total of 135 hours of work for students.
