Learning outcomes
The student is able to
- identify in the list of ingredients of a cosmetics product key surface active substances and their purpose in the product
- describe the differences of various surface active substances and their impacts in products
- recognise the connection between the characteristics of the product and the chemical composition of the ingredients as well as identify what factors influence the chemical stability of products
- Competence is demonstrated as more in-depth knowledge of the ingredients and product formulations of cosmetics products.
