Teaching methods
This course consists of five learning packages. Each of them will give you one grade. It's your choice how many packages you will perform. The first one is an online exam and it's mandatory. When you have passed it you will have grade 1. You can stop there or you can continue to perform more learning packages.Their topics are
- Self Leadership
- Management & leadership
- Labour legislation
- Organizational communication
If you perform e.g. three learning packages your grade will be 3 and if you perform all five learning packages your grade will be 5. You can't perform any learning packages after the deadline.
Learning materials and recommended literature
You can do the exam in English or in Finnish.
You should select one of the following books for the exam:
