Learning outcomes
The student is able to
- both to develop their professionalism in relationships and their relationship skills in working life
- be aware of the key issues that relate to group dynamics and communication in challenging patient / customer encounters and to know how to find solutions in emotionally challenging environments.
- apply the theory, practice exercises, face-to-face instruction, and assignments covered during the course, as well as the discussions connected with these, in their own relationships and professional work.
