Processes goals and contents:
Customer value based process management is essential to efficient operations and profitability of any modern organisation. In order to remain competitive, the companies must continually thrive at improving their processes and balancing the three key process variables: quality, time and costs.
After this course you will be able to describe the core and supporting processes of an organisation and to understand how the processes, functions and systems are linked to each other. You will also learn to use QPR Process Designer software for process analysis.

Logistics goals and contents:
The target is to to understand the impact of supply chain management as part of marketing strategy and to be able to assess the performance of logistics as part of the supply chain.

At Leppävaara campus during day time. The study unit starts 6 Sep 15.15 (special time) in class 206A.
