Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- use and apply nontraditional services for client needs
- describe eService concept from his/her own sector's perspective
- analyse and evaluate eServices and explain their meanings within renewal of services
- innovate and develop various eService ideas, or the service processes related to the ideas.

Teaching methods

Study unit is in Optima.
Learning objectives are
- Student is able to analyze and assess a certain digital service and explain its meaning / significance in renewing traditional services.
-Student is able to innovate and develop digital service by generating new digital service ideas or service processes
The study unit have four themes:
1.Digital service definitation
2.eServices - your experiences
3. Current digital services
4. Innovating digital services
In the themes of the study unit have different individual or group tasks (if you want you could make all tasks individual)
This study unit you can make in Finnish or in English

The orientation lesson is not compulssory. Orientation is 13.9.2019 klo 9-11
