- illustrate the entire national rehabilitation service system and analyse regional differences in rehabilitation services
- comply with the legislation governing rehabilitation and verbalise it in a manner that is understandable to the rehabilitee
- act in a network-like manner in the multidisciplinary, multiprofessional and multi-actor rehabilitation service systems promoting the client’s rehabilitation
- explain rehabilitation activities and give concrete examples of them to the client
- build a rehabilitation package that meets the client’s rehabilitation needs together with them

- recognise the rehabilitee’s needs and wishes and utilise them when supporting the client in preparing rehabilitation goals

- act according to best rehabilitation practices, complying with the legislation on rehabilitation
- apply established and generally accepted operating methods based on research-based information
- document entries concerning the client, mastering the basic principles of making entries and structured documentation in accordance with the requirements of the client and rehabilitation plan.
