Learning outcomes
The student is able to
- draw on the theories of resource-oriented rehabilitation, professional interaction and dialogue when supporting the client’s rehabilitation process
- justify their actions with theoretical knowledge and adhere to the ethical principles of the social services and health care sector
- follow the statutes, guidelines and practices at the work placement
- act adeptly in professional interaction situations
- perform emergency first aid in the most common accidents or sudden attacks of illness, help in life-threatening situations and attacks of illness and make an emergency call
- report using professional concepts and Laurea’s writing guidelines.
