Content scheduling

The course on developing resilience skills focuses on change management and strengthening personal resilience. It offers practical tools and strategies to help participants navigate change effectively, anticipate and manage risks in projects. You will learn to identify signs of change and develop proactive strategies to prepare for evolving situations. The course includes exercises to build flexibility and adaptability, enabling you to respond to change quickly and efficiently. You will explore changes as learning opportunities and enhance your analytical skills in the context of change. Additionally, you will learn to evaluate the use of resilience within your organization and identify opportunities to strengthen it further.
