Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- solve work-, individual- and community-based challenging situations in work communities and networks
- act as a problem-solver in challenging situations and be aware of their own possibilities to influence
- apply legal and communicational ways to resolve situations
- use external help as an alternative method of solving problems, if necessary
