Learning outcomes

The student will be able to:
- communicate purposefully in different multicultural interaction situations, both face-to-face and virtually
- collaborate in various roles in negotiation situations and present convincing arguments
- prepare and document negotiations
- act in Finnish in various negotiation situations
- interpret and use non-verbal communication methods

The target competence level in language proficiency is B1.2.
