Learning methods:
• 1) Individual pre-symposium assignment: Study objectives and a research table
(Appendix 3).
• 2) Participation in Ethical Leadership and Management Symposium lectures and workshops.
• 3) Individual assignment: A reflective learning diary including an ethical case study and the research table. (Appendices 2 & 3).

Important dates
Pre-assignment 1. The pre-assignment including the study unit and learning objectives for the symposium (including a research table of studies the lecturers provided for symposium preparation) will be returned into the Canvas by 10th October 2022.
Assignment 2 (0.3 ECTS = 8 hrs) Participation in ELM-symposium 27th & 28th October 2022 at Tikkurila Campus.
Assignment 3 (2.7 ECTS= 73 hrs) Individual assignment: A reflective learning diary including an ethical case study and the updated research table by 21st November 2022. (Separate introduction for the case study will be introduces in the Canvas).
