Creating a Website Using Service Design Methods and Mindset (15 cr)

Project description: Website Design and Development using WordPress Elementor and Service Design methods. Goal in the Project is to create a new website for the client. Some areas of the new website include its design, content and the online business model. Students, together with the client Company will plan, implement and evaluate the Design project and develop sustainable business practices in organization. In project the students will also benchmark some competitors in the travel industry and ways to create and sync onsite calendars. Benchmark results are one project output. Also different research and analysis methods will be used in the project. As well as use strategic planning, and decision making tools in various project contexts.

This project can also produce knowledge and credits in other modules, such as Project Management, Competence in business and entreprenership.

Website will be created using WordPress Elementor site builder. Knowledge or eagerness to learn Elementor tool is a plus.

Coaching and communication: will be agreed in the beginning of the project/semester
This project is suitable for blended learning students (monimuoto): NO
If the student places in this project are filled, we can place the student in another project that produces the knowhow in the same modules.
