Project implementation mode: the project will be carried out as a P2P project in cooperation with the company
Project content: International Business Development in sporting goods industry
research and manage market size, customers, competitors and distribution channels in Baltic countries
- analyze and use business reports in projects
- use strategic planning, analysis and decision making tools in project contexts
- make business decisions in various project contexts
This project can also produce knowledge and credits in other modules, such as Project management, Competence in business & entrepreneurship, Communication & interaction, Marketing communications, Developing communication & interaction.
