Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- communicate effectively online and face-to-face for work-related interpersonal and intergroup communications
- take into consideration the communicative requirements of different target groups and communication channels
- produce various text types as appropriate to the situation
- analyse and interpret the texts produced by oneself and others
- act naturally in various professional presentations and communicate effectively in negotiations
- argue convincingly
- act in a goal-oriented way in group writing processes and other work-related group communications
- evaluate and develop personal communication skills utilising various communicative tools and resources
