Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- justify the main national and international health policy guidelines in the changing social and health care environments
- analyse good practices in an innovative organisation, well-functioning work community and management
- evaluate the implementation of quality management, cost efficiency and patient safety as well as factors affecting their implementation
- propose ways to improve the quality, cost efficiency and patient safety in social welfare and healthcare services
- lead and coordinate their own actions and the operation of their team
