Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- plan, implement and evaluate nursing of patients at different life stages
- assess the need for services and care of vulnerable and multicultural patients
- apply client-centred working methods to improve the inclusion, well-being and rehabilitation of clients
- work in a multidisciplinary team and network taking advantage of shared expertise

Location and time

Part 1. Practise in homecare and familycare 12 gr, at weeks 44-51.
Part 2.Vulnerable groups and service integration 3 gr . During 23.8.-26.10. in Hyvinkää campus and projectenvironments.
