Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- understand the principles of constitutional law, the operations of higher State bodies and decision-making, as well as selection processes
- understand the creation and development of the European Union as well as the content and significance of European law, and be able to apply what they have learnt in their legal decision-making
- take into consideration in their work the Finnish constitutional system as well as the significance of the most important features of human rights treaties
