Qualifications
To participate in the study unit, you must have completed the study unit Basics of Digital Service or have equivalent knowledge.
Learning outcomes
The student is able to
- use different tools and methods for planning and modeling digital services
- prepare digital service planning documents
- model digital services using interactive prototypes
- evaluate the usability of prototypes implemented during the study unit and provide suggestions for improving the user experience
