Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- promote health and safety in accordance with medication laws and regulations
- extensively utilise knowledge of basic medications
- effectively implement safe medication administration, recognising different medication forms and adhering to the principles of aseptic technique
- perform continuous assessment when conducting medical treatment
- collaborate with occupational health professionals and occupational safety experts

Content and scheduling

Lääkehoidon teoria Canvasissa

Työpajat kullekin opiskelijalle 8 h (sisältää injektion annon ja lääkelaskennan osaamisen arvioinnin)

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Lääkehoidon perusteet (vähintään puolet täytyy olla tentissä oikein hyväksytyn suorituksen saamiseen), arvioidaan asteikolla T1-K5

Lääkelaskenta hyväksytty/ hylätty (työpajassa osaamisen arviointi)

Injektoiden annot-työpaja, läsnäolovelvoite ja aktiivinen osallistuminen työpajassa (hyväksytty/ hylätty).
