Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- describe the nurse’s responsibilities in the overall care of several patients*
- prioritise and manage their own work during a work shift
- find methods to manage challenging interactive situations in patient care and in the work community
- assess the development areas of their professional competence realistically and diversely based on the competence requirements for nurses
- recognise the workload factors of the work when starting to work as a nurse and find ways to reduce the workload**

The learning objectives have been modified starting on 1 January 2025:

** 'during the transition phase' has been removed form the end of the sentence

Teaching methods

Täydentävä harjoittelu. Edeltävästi tulee olla suoritettuna vähintään mod 1-4 lääkelaskut ja harjoittelut.

Ilmoittaudu opinnolle ilmoittautumisaikana. Perehdy harjoittelun tavoitteisiin sekä sisältöön Workseedissa. Kun sinulla on harjoittelupaikka sovittuna, ilmoita paikka oppimissopimuslomakkeella. Harjoittelupaikka tulee olla vahvistettuna viimeistään kolme viikkoa ennen harjoittelun alkamista. Opiskelija ilmoittaa vahvistamista vailla olevasta Jobiili-varauksesta harjoittelua koordinoivalle opettajalle.

Ohjaava opettaja ilmoitetaan Workseedissa. Harjoittelun tavoitteet laaditaan ensimmäisen harjoitteluviikon aikana. Sovi tämän jälkeen arviointiajoista ohjaavan opettajan kanssa.
Opiskelija huolehtii tarvittaessa rikosrekisteriotteen esittämisen intra ohjeen mukaisesti.
