Learning outcomes
The student/ is able to
- ustify the client's needs for guidance and other support on the basis of a service-needs analysis carried out in different life areas and discussion with the client;
- guide and advise the client on the basis of the identified service needs and, if necessary, arrange multiprofessional support for the client;
- describe in own words the key concepts underlying the service needs analysis;
- inform and advise clients about the use of the CREAR service needs analysis.
