The student is able to
- illustrate the principles of an immediate manager’s and immediate supervisor’s work
- identify the concepts related to human resource management, practical human resource planning and development of work
- act in a goal-oriented manner in work situations in the organisation
- apply basic legislation on management and the basics of occupational safety and health, and well-being at work
- work in accordance with an organisation’s ethical principles in multicultural work communities
- demonstrate a professional attitude and be a responsible actor in the work community
