- consider the impact of diversity on leadership and team dynamics
- use diversity as a success factor
Materials
To be informed at the starting session.
Teaching methods
The aim is to learn the following:
- identify the forms and special features of diversity
- take into account the impact of diversity on management and team dynamics
- harnessing diversity and inclusion as success factor
Teaching and studying languages are English and Finnish. (Finnish skills are not required from non-native speakers.)
Priority in course admission is given to Laurea Tikkurila Business exchange students.
Exam schedules
Attendance is compulsory at the starting session during which we agree on practices and conduct one of the course tasks.
Completion alternatives
A possibility to prove competency with relevant experience.
