Learning outcomes
The student is able to
- describe different leadership phenomena and trends and reflect them in practical management work
- use the principles of a coaching approach to leadership
- take diversity into account in the workplace
Teaching methods
The overall aim is to study phenomena and trends in leadership and management in today`s working life.
The course is carried out with various learning methods, for example lectures, learning circles, visitors, visits, media follow-up, desk drawer research, surveys and interviews.

The learning material will be given at the starting session
Alternative completion methods of implementation
Possibility to prove competency by relevant experience.
