The student is able to
- describe the principles futures studies and foresight processes and methods
- curate and interpret research data on futures studies and foresight
- describe rising trends and their affects on his/her own actions or the operational environment
- apply the information related to the trends in developing his /her own actions or the operational environment

Teaching methods

PALVELUMUOTOILU JA YHTEISKEHITTÄMINEN ASIAKASLÄHTÖISESSÄ LIIKETOIMINNASSA - KOULUTUS. Opintojakso toteutetaan virtuaalisesti Canvas -työtilassa. Opintojaksolla toteutetaan ennakoinnin ryhmätyö, tässä hyödynnämme Miro-yhteiskäyttöalustaa.
