Learning outcomes
The student is able to
- present justified suggestions for development in relation to working life

Aloitustilaisuus järjestetään lukukauden alussa; Leppävaara/Zoom (suositeltava). Opinnäytetyön voi kuitenkin aloittaa milloin vain canvasin ohjeiden mukaisesti
Tiistaisin klo 12.30-18 välisenä aikana voi pitää seminaariesityksiä.

Pääasiallisia toteutustapoja on tutkimuksellinen/toiminnallinen, päiväkirjamuotoinen (Pontti) ja portfolio opinnäytetyö.

Qualifications
The prerequisite for starting the thesis is that the student has completed or is currently completing the study unit Methods for Research-based Development Work (or the study unit Research and Development Methods) or has equivalent competences that have been recognized as part of the degree through a demonstration of competence or credit transfer.
