Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- communicate in oral and written English in work life situations in their own sector at proficiency level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference
- tell about the studies and tasks of Bachelor of Business Administration
- act as a representative of a company/organisation in different operating environments and in different types of customer service situations
- use the key English terminology used in the Finnish legal system and legislation as well as in judicial customer service tasks in Finland
- use research information published in English
- develop their interaction, communication, information search and reporting skills in English in professional situations in their own field
- develop their professional language skills by using different types of learning techniques and tools
