Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- analyze the fulfillment of value creation and the new opportunities from the customer’s, employee’s, work community’s and organization’s point of view in social and healthcare sector
-apply service design and co-creation methods in a social and healthcare design project
- facilitate and apply coaching approach as a part of the development team’s work during a design project
- choose the methods and tools for a design project and to implement a design project independently
