Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- apply various theoretical approaches and working methods appropriately and evaluate them
- find development targets in a customer-oriented manner and from the starting points of the workplace
- work in teams and to be able to operate effectively in a specialist organisation
- assess their own competence, development efforts and the results achieved in terms of the targets for development
- critically assess their own actions in terms of professional ethics and the ethical principles of the work community and the professional field
- accept responsibility for their own actions as part of the activities of the work community and assess their own management skills
