Description
Registered Nurse’s Appointment Work - Professional Specialization Programme strengthen participants expertise as specialists in clinical nursing in a client-oriented service process and evidence-based development of registered nurse’s appointment work.
Objectives
The student
- manages the required evidence-based, extensive and multidisciplinary clinical knowledge and skills in the client-oriented service process
- acts independently as a clinical nursing specialist in the client-oriented service process in different operating environments and multiprofessional networks
- manages a coaching-based approach in accordance with the client-oriented guidance methods, tools and communication in modernising operating environments
- is able to produce guidance material in writing and with various digital tools according to customer needs and manages goal-oriented documentation and guidance documentation.
- evaluates and develops their own actions, strengthens the knowledge base and common practices in their field, and supports the competence of their work community
- participates in appointment work practices and development and reform work in the client-oriented service process
