The student is able to
- create plans ranging from a vision to the evaluation of implementation
- determine the role of management in the adaptation of the company’s structure to the business environment
- characterize various approaches and dimensions of management
- explain the core areas of strategy and how they link together 
- identify the challenges of Human Resource Management and its development from the perspective of business strategy
- apply employment law and collective agreements
- promote well-being at a workplace as a member of the work community
