The student
- knows the core concepts of mental health care and the related legislation
- recognises a psychological crisis and is able to support customers in different phases of the crisis
- recognises the most common mental health issues and is able to encounter persons with psychological symptoms and guide them to appropriate care
- implement pre-emptive and rehabilitative mental health care that also takes the customer’s family into account
