Toteutustapa

Project has two goals: To learn how large companies in Finland use educational services to train their staff. After learning about the market situation a market entry plan (marketing strategy) is created. During the project the group will gain understanding of the HR culture in Finland as well as educational culture concerning the education of the work force. Key to success is to understand how to differentiate the Laurea client from the competition.

Key skills are: Market Study, Market Strategy, Market Entry Models, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Implementation and Project Management


This project can also produce knowledge and credits in other modules, such as Project management.
Coaching and communication: will be agreed in the beginning of the project/semester
This project is suitable for blended learning students (monimuoto): NO

If the student places in this project are filled, we can place the student in another project that produces the knowhow in the same modules.
