The student is able to
- use planning, analysis and decision-making tools and techniques in strategic planning
- analyze financial statements and business reports and use them as a basis for decisions
- make business decisions in various business contexts
- apply data in decision making

Toteutustapa

This course is an online course in Canvas. However, there will be Zoom lectures/sessions to support the studies. Please see the schedule.
The individual exam of the course is made online.
The Business Simulation Game of the course, Cesim Service, is played in teams in competition with other teams.

Week 9 Zoom session at 8-9.30. Discussions of the game.
Week 16 R6 memo, Final report and individual team work (P2P) evaluation to be saved.
