Teaching methods

The aim of the project is to form an overwhelming picture of today´s leadership: its characteristics, phenomena and trends. Languages used are English (and Finnish).
The teaching and learning methods include learning circles, visitors, visits, media reports and surveys/interviews.
Materials collected during the project will be reported independently or in pairs in a form of an article to an academic publication.
Alternatively, students can write a plain project report which makes the project worth five (5) ECTS.

Learning materials and recommended literature

The theoretical learning material will be decided upon the needs of the project and students in the beginning of the course.

The focus is in the phenomena and trends of leadership.

Further information for students

Having an article published in an academic publication adds value to one´s CV and professional competence.

Evaluation methods and criteria

Laurea´s general assessment criteria applies, modified according to the specific needs of the project. The criteria will be presented in the beginning of the project.
