The student is able to
- plan, develop and manage human resources in line with a company's business area and business strategy
- describe HR objectives as a member of the management team and act as a business partner
- describe the management system, taking into account the differences between different organisational models and power and responsibility relationships
- define HR practices that contribute to the wellbeing and performance of the organisation
